The Annual Meeting of the Company will be held on the 3^rd Friday in February of each year.  The Company’s Board of Directors will fix the exact place and hour of such meeting.  The attendance of Directors, Agents and Policyholder is encouraged.

Members seeking nominations for election to the Board of Directors must submit their names in writing to the Secretary of the Board of Directors at least thirty (30) days prior to the date of the annual meeting.  Nominations from the floor for election to the Board of Directors will not be accepted.
